Relocation stories

One of the core principles behind PIELESZ Living is absolute discretion.
For this reason, only selected relocation journeys may ever be shared publicly and always with full consent of the people involved.Meet Kinga and her partner, a Polish-Dutch family who relocated to the Costa del Sol several years ago with children, a dog and an operating business. This transition unfolded in stages: from short-term rental, through longer-term rental, to eventually purchasing a property in Spain. Kinga was an expat before, she transitioned from Riga to Costa Del Sol, her previous experience helped in some aspects of this move. However, some transitions might take even up to two years.

My name is Judyta Kwaśniewska. My close family and some friends call me Judy.
Over the past 30 years, I have lived across 7 countries and 11 cities, experiencing more than 25 relocations — including 5 full international moves involving family, children, pets, businesses and entire households rebuilt from the ground up.

KITCHEN & DININGThe fully equipped kitchen provides everything needed to prepare meals during your stay.The dining table is set for 4 people. For groups of 5, an additional chair can be brought in from the bedroom.HEATING & COMFORTThe apartment has underfloor heating, controlled remotely, ensuring that the space can be prepared to feel warm and welcoming for your arrival.IMPORTANT: HOT WATERThe apartment is equipped with an eco-friendly 30-litre hot-water boiler.It heats up quickly, but the hot-water supply is limited at any one time. For groups of 4–5 guests, we recommend shorter showers and allowing some time between showers for the water to reheat.
